FAILING IN EXPORTING IMAGES URGENT FIX

When I try to export files, even 1 only low res, it gives error, with window saying:

EVENTS

 

couldn't process file.

 

description: The Output folder could not be created.

The export goes from few seconds to increasing number of minutes or hours without actually exporting the file.

I have tried different folders, different files, switched off computer , reinstalled new capture one.

I also wanted in preferences and changed the hardware accellaration to never.

Still the same issue.

 

I am desperate. I have had an urgent job to deliver yesterday and no images to export.

  If you have not already, try a different or new recipe and pick another destination than the Output folder.
