Add scripting in the Windows Release

Currently Mac users have the possibility to use AppleScript to automate things.

It would be interesting to reach feature parity for Windows users.

Personally, I prefer python over other scripting languages, but any should be enough.

  I agree - scripting for Windows would be a worthwhile addition.
