Tethered shooting

My Nikon D850 has up to date firmware and is tethered on a 15  fit cable.  Capture one Pro recognizes the camera but will not capture the images.  I am on Windows 11 and I get the following error messages. 

(1#2147942570) Windows error: The requested resource is in use.  - PTP device error.

  ive got the same problem with my Canon R5... i cant work with tethering.
