Resource Hub is currently not available
Help/Resource Hub gets me to "Resource Hub is currently not available, check internet connection". Internet connection is good. I turned off VPN and firewall, same result.

I am getting the same issue here. Have asked on the FB Groups but nothing forthcoming. Have emailed Support.

Here below the COP support feedback:
This is a known bug that our R&D engineers are working on it to fix it. I will place your ticket on-hold and will get back to you when we have a response from our engineers or if we need any more information for this report.
We also cannot guarantee that this bug will be fixed in the next service release, but rest assured that it has been reported and will be looked into and our developers will do their best to roll out a fix as soon as possible.0 -

Me too. It is a small thing really but they have a known bug yet they continue to sell the product without giving any warning. I expected 22 to behave broadly like 21 but it does not, I was not told that and there is no date by when this will be fixed. That is very poor customer service.

I got a further email from Support. They say its is down to the ON1 plugins I am running. Not sure how they know I am running any but disabling them has made no difference. I am not impressed.

I'm not running any ON1 plugins, but I still get this error.
