How to get a consistent text watermark size?

I'm trying to figure out the relationship of points/pixels/scale for a text watermark in order to get a consistent size on my images; in other words, how can I get a consistent size watermark on all prints regardless of the actual print size?  Has anyone reading this figured it out, or can point me to a description?

  You can't - Capture One expects you to set up a separate process recipe for every output choice you make.

  And yes, it's ridiculous - it's been discussed many times before.
