Be very careful upgrading to V3
The software is full of bugs....
Crashing every few minutes.
Tags not showing after restart.
Not a working version yet.
Come on Capture One .... sort this out quickly.

Here, editing photos (adjusting parameters, etc.) is no problem; the problem is with everything else more or less: moving between tabs, selecting folders, filtering, etc.
Examples.
If I've got the Library tab open and All Images selected (but no images selected), and I click on the Adjust tab, Capture One becomes unresponsive and it takes about 17 seconds befor the Adjust tab is actually opened. If I then select the Library tab again, still with no images selected, Capture One switches back to the Library tab immediately, but then becomes unresponsive for 10-12 seconds.
If I have All Images selected (and still no images selected) and then select a folder, Capture One switches to the folder immediately, and then becomes unresponsive for about 20 seconds. If I select All Images again, the same thing happens: Capture One switches to All Images immediately, and then becomes unresponsive for about 20 seconds.

IMac w/M1 — same problems as described by many of the above Mac users. I am having the same problems using the latest C1 version as I had with the last version. The mystery — one of them— is that all the C1 versions have worked/do work on my MBP with the intel chip. It’s the computer with the M1 chip that crashes, or stalls (beach balls) every time I try to use it, until I force quit and begin again. And again. And again. I have tried all the suggestions offered thus far and I’ve sent in logs, screenshots, complete descriptions of my op system and C1 versions…to no avail. However I did finally get a C1 support staffer to agree to a zoom meeting next week to walk me through all the possible fixes. Much appreciated! If we get the problem(s) sorted I’ll share. Meanwhile, I, too, have impatient clients champhing at the bit.

Yesterday I had a new issue, which I don't remember seeing before: when adding one keyword to a single photo, Capture One became unresponsive for more than thirty seconds. This happened several times, but then stopped, after which I could add keywords without Capture One becoming unresponsive at all.
(MacBook Pro M1 Max, 64GB; macOS 12.4.)
