Capture One iPad one month free as Beta tester FAIL
I was offered a one month trial of capture One iPad for beta-testing the new C1 iPad app.I have not been able to successfully "redeem code" thru the iPad App Store as the app store shows "Cannot Connect" at each attempt to complete the redemption by entering in the code.
Thoughts? Advice? Help?

I have not been success either. I get cannot connect error. I submitted the problem with captureone a day ago and have not heard anything.

@ Joao Figuerido @ Michael Tock: I have just submitted a 'request' which I guess is a support ticket of sorts.
I should have filed that as soon as I posted the issue above.
I'll report back, once I hear something.

I continue to attempt to redeem the code but no joy. I have yet to hear from C1 support staff, other than the standard ‘we have received your issue…' reply, along with a reminder that the C1 tech support staff are located in Ukraine and there may be delays.

So I received a reply, see below.
"Thanks for reporting this.
We are aware of this issue and we are in contact with Apple to solve it as fast as possible.
We will get back to you when it is solved.
If you are eager to get started with Capture One for iPad, you can subscribe to the app, just remember to cancel before the free trial of the 7 days expire. By then hopefully the problem should be solved.
This can be done from within App store. Click on your profile picture > Subscriptions > Capture One > Cancel Free Trial."I'll wait.
