Portfolio / Social Organization

Something I've always wondered, how are others organizing Portfolio, Social, and Website images.  I'm more specifically interested because of the transition from Lr and now having the smart catalog/album library management in two places, I need to stop rely on the software and instead just export of organize on my PC.  

So lets say I use 4 stars as Social Worthy, 5 stars as Portfolio.  I export all images for the project as Masters to their respect Output folder as jpg.  Do most of you just export again to a central folder that has Social,Website,Portfilio sub folders and store everything there?
