Hello I own Captur One Pro for Sony, since few years on a Yearly payroll, My old Computer had died on me, just got my new computer and I can't sims to find that software to download , I see only the Sony Express Version and its not able to open my projects as I should and pay for < why is that ?
how I download my licensed software ?
can you share the link with me ?
I need your sergeant solution to open my projects !!!! Sam paying a full pro license and ask for your support, how can I fine your support ?

The only way is through creating a ticket. You can, of course, write on their Facebook page too; not sure how much effect it has.

The product range was revised a few months ago. We were all (or most of us anyway) notified in January (? I think it was?).
The Fuji/Nikon/Sony versions are no longer available but anyone with a perpetual version is entitled to a free upgrade to the full Pro version covering all brands, so you should be able simply download this by logging in to your account.
There is a spiel about the whole affair on the website, just do a search to find all the details.0
