OUTPUT and SELECTS folders not being created in CO22 Windows 11

I recently moved my photo processing to a windows PC... I created a new session this morning. When I tried to export, CO didn't know where to export to. All my CO files are on the D drive, yet it suggested choosing an obscure, unrelated to CO folder on the C Drive... When I navigated to the D drive and looked in the current session folder, OUTPUT and SELECTS folders were missing. My understanding is that CO is supposed to create them automatically when you start a new session --- it always did in the MAC... Any ideas how to fix this?

    I, for one, would need more info. Can you post a screen dump from Windows Explorer displaying the session folder content?
