New Session not showing in Library Finder until restart

After I have created a New Session (File - New Session) it does not appear in the Library (system folders) dropbox down menu until I restart Capture.  I'm on a MacBook Pro M1 running Capture 22 Pro but this also happened on my older MacBook Pro and older capture versions.  Anyone else having this problem?
