Rearranging keywords

 I want to rearrange keywords in Capture One, but I understand that C1 does strange things to keywords, for example trying to move a child keyword to another parental keyword will move a bunch of other keywords as well. Am I correct that this is still happening? (Version 15.0.3)

I therefore exported the keyword file as a text file and made the rearrangements in that with Excel, then tried to import the rearranged text file. C1 asked me to give a name, which I did, but then, as far as I can see, nothing happened. I can't find the imported file anywhere. Is there a list of keyword libraries anywhere in C1?
