Map of GPS (EXIF) Information; incl. filter

There is already an option to open/show the GPS information of one picture but that doesn't help as much.

I want to suggest a map, where the GPS locations of the pictures are shown. You can aggregate pocations that are close together until you scroll in.

Example:

I've shot pictures in the USA (GA), England and Germany. Showing the world view i would see three numbers, one in each location showing the aggregates amount of pics taken.

When I zoom into Germany this number splits up, showing that i've shot near Hamburg, Stuttgart and the Alps.

On the micro-level you can show a marker with the single foto if nothing is overlapping.

 

FILTER:

I'd like to have the ability to have some kind of filter to show only fotos of one location. The easy solution would be a radial filter. Center-point and radius, or a rectangular one.
The advanced version would be a drawable/polygon style.

This way you could set up a Smart Album called "Alps" and every picture in this region would be visible.
