Confused on upgrade
Hello,
I received this email, "Save 20% on top of your usual 33% upgrade discount The newest Capture One Pro 23 is coming in November – pre-upgrade now and you'll get an additional 20%* off the usual discount of 33% you already have as a Capture One Pro license user." It has I can upgrade to COP 22 then 23 when it's released.
When I go to check out, it only takes off 20%. So it's $159.00 (not an additional 33% off as per-email). Which is fine, if it's to 22 then 23 in one shot. Plus Does this included me going from COP 21 (that I have) to COP22 then 23? Because I'm using COP 21. Or is it COP 21 to 23 when it's released? That's why I'm a bit confused.
I'm excited for the upgrades if this is true.

That’s right, 319 (full price) - 33% = 213 (upgrade) then 213 - 20% = 171

That wasn't all of my question. Does this included me going from COP 21 (that I have) to COP22 then 23? Or is it COP 21 to 23 when it's released? That's why I'm a bit confused. Do I get an upgrade to 22 then 23 when released for the same price from 21 that I have now?

Indeed. This is where you post if you want to communicate with fellow users. We try to help each other as best we be can. It is a sad fact that Capture One does not have a support forum. Some questions better be answered by Capture One staff.

If you log in to your account it will give you your upgrade price if you select upgrade.
just select Upgrade my Licence on your account page.
