Can you update Capture One 22 6 months after C1-23 released

Currently using 15.2.2.4.  Have not upgraded because of reported bugs and the tool bar with bigger icons. Now the option to upgrade to Ventura is popping up on the Apple.  C1-22 has issues with Ventura so now would not be a good time to update the Apple.

So -- let's say I don't upgrade either the Apple or C1-22 until February 2023. Then when I do upgrade the Apple, let's say 15.2.2.4 doesn't work. Will I be able to upgrade to C1-22 at that point to the latest C1-22 version or will I be forced to buy C1-23 (or more likely, go back to Lightroom)?
