Histogram on V23.0 cull feature

When I am comparing frames using the cull feature from I want the visibility of a histogram to show spread of H & S.

  Actually, I would even suggest to forget about the modal window and implement the cull function in the main window..

  As an example, selection made in the cull window are discarded in the main one.
