Yes you can safely delete the beta and v22 versions.
Always a good idea to update your backups beforehand though.

Any particular type of files you are seeing as blurry?

    Thanks for the answer
(Any particular type of files you are seeing as blurry?)
    These are just Canon CR3s.
The support reported and wrote that it is normal.

(Thank you for reaching out to us.
In Capture One, you don't have fixed pixels, you have raw data that we scale and apply adjustments to after the scaling takes place.
We render directly from the raw file to the final output size, so the pixels don't exist until you generate an output file, which affects what details are present.

When you view at 100%, we are rendering the image as it will process at 100%. The same goes at 50% view and 33% view. At those smaller zoom levels, we are rendering that size file, not processing to 100% and scaling down. This allows you to see accurately what smaller files will look like.

When you are zoomed out, we are displaying a fixed size preview (you can choose the size in Preferences). This fixed size previews will have the details present when processing directly to that size.

This is done largely for performance. If we were to render the preview by processing to 100% and scaling down, performance would suffer dramatically.)
    Greetings Thomas

That response from C1 support is an explanation of how images
are displayed within C1 after images have been imported.

The new v23 import tool uses scaled versions of any built-in preview
contained within the RAWs/tiffs/jpegs etc you are importing, according to C1.
If for some reason a file does not have a built-in preview there will be
no preview of that image in the import tool.
Also the import tool display quality to some extent will depend on the quality of each file's built-in preview.

But this does not explain why the 100% view can be much sharper than the smaller fit-to-screen size
which I find sometimes to be completely blurry.
