Unable to remove reference to drive letter

I am using the trial of C1 (v23) and to keep this separate from my existing LR collection I copied a selection of images and put them on an external SSD (Drive'O') for testing with C1.
I then created a new catalogue using the selection of imaged on this external drive.

After coming to the conclusion all was OK I then moved the images over to my existing internal drive (Drive 'D') in a new folder. This all went OK and the catalogue now points to the files on the 'D' drive.

I then selected the empty 'O' drive in the 'Folders' section of C1 and using the right-click menu I selected 'Delete'. The drive disappeared and everything works fine. I then shut down C1.

When I relaunch C1 the empty 'O' drive keeps reappearing, whether it's offline or online. I can't get rid of it!

This is not a real issue but just annoying and I wonder I this is a known issue. I did a quick search here but came up with no real answer.

I'm using Windows 11 (with latest updates).
