Subscription has Trial License Issue
By accident I installed the trial version of C1 and now I can't authenticate my downloaded install from my subscription account. On my License Management page I see where the Trial has a License Key and My subscription has a License Key but when I paste my subscription License Key into the download I get the
I have a subscription to C! and downloaded the C1 23 and when I launch it, it does authenticate. But then the panel comes up for Start Trail of Use License Key. If I use my subscription License Key I get the message "Could not activate because the activation limit has been reached. Please deactivate one or more computers to enable further activations". I only have 1 computer and a clean install (after uninstalling C1 22).
On my account I see where I have the subscription License and a Trial License. For the subscription license I have 0 Activations Remaining. On the Trail I 3 License Remaining.
This so confusing. I did start using the trail as I simply need the Trial removed from my account I guess. As for getting in touch with C1 Support I don't that exist.
Can anyone help?

Hi david, under license management click on show activation history and then click reset all activations. You probably left activated v22.
