Canon R 7 RAW Burst Modus extrahiertes RAW CSI

I have extract a RAW-file from the large Canon R 7 RAW Burst Modus Data. The RAW-file CR.3 can not read in Capture One 22, Version 15.4.2. The thumbnail ist very bright, but can not be opened. The RAW-file begins with CSI_0989.CR3. This was a C-RAW file.
