Group Layer adjustments into folders/groups
The adjustment/layers tool is becoming very powerful and great! The ability to dodge and burn, color adjustments on layers using the RAW data is simply put - phenomenal. The one thing missing which would be nice is grouping adjustment layers under folders.
For example - I might do several adjustments on a portrait -
Master Group "Subject"
Subfolder "Hands/Body"
- individual Layer adjustments
Or another example
Master Group "Background"
Individual layers would be "Seamless clean up" and/or "Seamless color" layers
or individual layers for "Trees, Ground, Sky"
Right now one has to name layers
"Background - Trees"
"Background - Ground"
"Background - Sky"
"Subject - Overall tone"
"Subject - Eyes"
Its nice having the adjustments on single layers sometimes rather than mixing different adjustment tools on a single layer such as "Subject" for everything.
and would be nice to group all these into a master folder as "Background" to keep layers better organized and move through them quicker. Maybe even have a "amount" slider for the master folder that than adjusts all the layers underneath

I like your suggestion and voted it up. Unfortunately, it is very unlikely that Capture One will take up this suggestion since they are assuming that users do not use many layers in general and definitely don't revisit them to adjust masks.
Without these assumption, the "brushes as tools" design, that was introduced in version 20, Build 13.1.0162, does not make sense. Automatically changing the layer selection based on a brush type (adjustment vs clone vs heal), only is useful if there is at most one of a layer kind, otherwise it is an impediment to productivity.
I described the issues with the "brushes as tools"-design (vs simply having one brush tool that automatically adapts to whatever the layer type is) in another feature request. Back then feature requests were formally acknowledged as having been received by Capture One and mine was, but unfortunately it was never realised. The sad part, which is why I'd not be holding my breath about your feature request if I were you, is that it would be possible to leave the current brush/layer selection approach in place and just add another auto-adapting universal brush. The latter would not hurt anybody who does not see a use for it, but would help those who were more productive with the old brush/layer selection approach.
