How to do a complete reinstall of C1, including any hidden Library files

I've no clue what C1 is doing, but it's made adjustment changes to an entire folder of images and I can't get back to my original adjustments. After deleting C1, reinstalling, deleting the session and replacing with a copy from my backup, the issue is still there. I don't quite understand how that is as I replaced the entire Session folder, even including image files, but it is. So my next step is to delete any hidden App Support files in Library etc, but I'm not exactly sure what ones I can safely remove / replace. I'm at a bit of a loss on my next move. I've sent in a support case to Capture One with log files, but last support case with them took a week before I heard from them.

Any suggestions much appreciated!

  Is Style or Auto Adjustment checked under "Adjustments" in the Import section?

  Not an import, it's a session that has already been worked on, adjustments already applied
