Icon issue

I upgraded my License from C1 21 to 23, then I uninstalled the C1 21 version. Running Windows 11
Now when I drag the C1 app from All Apps to my desktop it becomes a blank icon. Anyone else has this issue? I tried re-building icons by deleting the icon file cache in windows but still the issue persists.
When I try to change the icon manually and manually select it, it shows up in the preview window but once finished it still shows as a blank icon.
No other App / Program has this issue. Anyone else has the issue or knows how to solve this? See images below with the issue.

  Have you tried the following steps?

  1. In the search window at the left edge of the Windows taskbar, type "Capture One 23" (version 23 should actually appear  among the search results without adding the "23').
  2. Once Windows identifies the "Capture One 23" app as the "best match," right-click that result and choose "Pin to Taskbar."
  3. Step #2 should create an icon for the app on your taskbar, which you should then be able to right-click and choose "Unpin from taskbar" to release it to your desktop.
