Finer adjustments with quick keys

Is there any way to reduce the "step" amount of a value when using the quick keys?

For example, when using the wb quick key, hitting the right arrow once changes the value from 3638 to 3764 (126 points).   I would like it to move , at times, by 1 or by 5 or by 10. . not 126 ?
