I have to type in licence code every time I open Capture one 21

For a while now after I shut down the software I have to type in the licence code every time I open it.

  1. Are you on a perpetual licence or a subscription?
  2. Are you running Capture One from the Applications folder, and not from the dowloaded dmg file?
  3. If you log on to your account at Capture One's website, does it show your licence correctly?

  As you have probably already noted your activations account is managed separately by license type (Perpetual and Subscription octordle )
