Fresh install of C1 11.3.2.29 crashes when trying to open MacOS // C1 11 Limitations

I am trying to run Capture One 11.3.2.29 on my MacBook Pro, for a client still running C1 11 in his photo studio. My MBP is on macOS BigSur 11.4, 16" 2019 model. I regularly use this laptop on set with C1 22. 

I downloaded a C1 11 installer just now from https://www.captureone.com/en/account/download/previous, but after install when I try to open the program it crashes before it can open. Anyone have any experience with this? As well, my client is looking to buy upgraded computers for his studio (he is still running laptops with macOS Sierra 10.12.6 installed on them), but I'm wondering if C1 11 support was discontinued at any point upon a specific macOS release.
