Version for 10.10.5 Yosemite

I have a computer that has 10.10.5 Yosemite as the operating system, and I would like to purchase a copy of CO that would work on it.  I do not want to upgrade the operating system, because then a bunch of other software will no longer work.  Can I purchase a copy of CO version 9?  If so, how do I go about doing this?

My computer is a 4K 27" iMac and I use it for image editing etc.
