ventura unable to open catalog

Hello 

i upgraded my mac pro to macstudio and I do get this message like everyone one this chat but there is a step i do not find its the writelock and the catalog wouldn't open it cause on ventura some things changed. It says the current catalog is used by ..myself! would you know how to solve this issue?

  I don't think that would have changed with Ventura. 

  You have to write click the catalog file and select Show Package Contents.

  

  The you should be able to see the following, including the Writelock file if it is there.
