evaluating the trial version of C1

Hallo, i used to tether with LR. Now i'm triyng to see how i work with C1.

There are a couple of things i used to do with Lr that i can't find in C1. 

1) can i name files (namefolder)_(number of stars) in the export? i used to rename every folder with the code dress name  weared by models and _1 for front photo, _2 for back , _3 detail...

2)in Lr i use ctrl+shitf+t to create a new folder, rename it and automatically shoot new photo inside of it. Is there in C1 a way to say always put new shoot in the last new folder?

3) save an .xmp file near the raw to view all job done in other software (camera raw for example). In LR ctrl S+ thumbnail selected
