Capture One is now disappointing and pathetic.
What's up with them? Seriously, since Capture One 20, I felt something weird about them and now, I realized that they are doing so bad that many of us disappointed about Capture One Pro.
There are so many issues to deal with and yet, Capture One Pro is making more issues than before instead of hear our feedbacks. They are charging more for less and Capture One 23 was the start. They keep justifying their effort and actions but it never did.
Capture One Pro is a professional software and is this how they treated us? Come on, LR CC is getting better and better and now, it performs better than C1P. What happened to POCP program since 2020? Why Capture One iPad version sucks? How come they are not fixing bugs and issues that we had been reported quite a while? Why are they messing around with the price and not clear about it? Why killing Capture Pilot while you didnt make a proper solution instead of Capture Live?
Anyway, I dont like what Capture One is doing as they are TOO lazy to deal with adding new and advanced features, fixing bugs and issues, and support feedbacks and tickets. I feel hopeless about them as they are being greedy, lazy, and pathetic.
This is not a good situation and it's just a matter of time before they fall. Disagree? Too bad then. "Drawn in the deep or rise from it."

Did something in your Capture One licence give you the impression that they were in the business of being your friend?
That they owed you anything more than working software, or a refund if it isn't?

Benjamin, Let me add my complaint to your tale of woe.
After of a year of using C1, 22 and experiencing no problems. A couple of days ago C1 began to ask me to sign-in when I opened it. I signed in and I thought that all was well. Today when I first logged I did not receive the sign-in message and I thought that the problem was solved. I finished working on the image and and quit. When I went back about an hour later, I got the sign-in message again, but this time when I tried to sign-in I got "Authentication Failed".
