Export wont work at all???

Just uppgraded to the latest CO23 16.1.0 for Windows and strange things occur....?

Exports wont work att all, nothing happens?

Adjustmen layers on files will not load and the program adds another emty layer ,

old layers ar still there but cant be edited ore deleted.?

Tryed to uninstall and reinstall the program several times but the problem remaines!

Reverted back to previous version 16.0.2 and all is fine again?!

Any clue someone?
