CaptureONE 23 Open Recent Grayed out

Pretty self explanatory - When I use the >File>Open Recent, its blank and the Clear menu is grayed out.  Also on the drop down under Library, I can see only the current session name only, not the other sessions I have been working on throughout the day.   I open multiple sessions per day usually by clicking the C1 Database name in the Photoshoot folder.  This happened before and also after I recently re-imaged my MacBook Pro M1 and re-installed C1 23 from scratch.
