Importing Images Not Sorting Properly By Date

Thankfully Adobe Bridge lets you rename by time captured, then just sort by file name in CO.
How does this stuff go unnoticed lol

What release of Capture One 23 are you using? I have a feeling that there may have been a recent bug fix to address this, though I may be mistaken. In case, it is worth updating to the very latest release (16.1.1) and checking whether the problem goes away.

I'm having the same issue with CO 23 importing more images than selected. In fact, it imported the entire folder of images into the new session. I will update to the latest release and see if this resolves the issue. Initially, it worked as expected when I installed it about a month ago., then I noticed the issue two days ago. Windows 11 is the OS.
