C1 won't stay open.
I have a desktop and a laptop. The problem occurs on my laptop only. I keep my images on an SDD drive and move it back and forth between the two computers. The problem is when I open C1 on my laptop, it stays open for about 15 seconds and then shuts down. Doesn't happen on the desktop. I tried downloading the latest version hoping a new version would solve the problem. It didn't work. I thought it was an internet speed problem because I first encountered it when I was on networks that had download maximum speeds of 78mps and upload speeds of below 28mbs. Note: Five days ago, I purchased 1 month of Share Online. Works on the desktop, not on the laptop. I'm wondering if Share Online is limited to only one computer. While C1 is open it is completely non-responsive. It doesn't respond to any clicking anywhere on the interface.

I may have answered this already but I believe it is. When there's an upgrade, I upgrade on both computers. I don't think I'm using the Express License version. C1 is installed on both computers and the catalogs Sessions and photos are on the SDD drive. I've been corresponding with Helen but she hasn't gotten back to me lately. I've also been on the FB Technical Group Forum and received some help. But I thought I would try you too as I'm interested in getting my issue solved. I have a broader question that I think may be best handled by a new post.
