Browser Toolbar Missing in 16.1.1.14

Just updated to 16.1.1.14 and my toolbar is missing in the browser window.

View > Toolbar does not bring it back. I can see a tiny bit of it maybe? But it's like the room for it has been removed?

I've tried using the default workspace and that does not bring it back.

Is this another fun Capture One bug after a random update to make my life more interesting? Or am I going crazy?

Where is my browser window toolbar!

  It magically appeared again the next day. I did restart C1 several times. Perhaps it was the reboot.

  Meh.
