Make sure that Lightroom saves the metadata to an XMP file. Capture One reads the XMP file on first reading (import) and you can make Capture One read it again by using the command Load Metadata.

Anastasiia, In case the read-only status applies only to .PSD files that you saved from Photoshop, I suggest you check in Photoshop that the maximum compatibility setting for PSD is enabled.
