Good suggestion Mo, but I'm on a Mac so there's no Windows Firewall. I still have the same problem. :-(

Same problem here on a new M1 MacBook Pro. Sometimes works at home, but almost NEVER when I’m on a job. Very frustrating!!

At present it looks like the only option I have for this is to use Nikon or OnOne's software. I really could use this feature for product photography, as Dina mentioned. :-(
