Are you solely using Capture One 10? Or are you going between Capture One 9 and 10?

Support for this camera is currently preliminary and for full RAW only. Sounds like you maybe have MRaw or SRaw files...

Updates (similar to service updates like how Apple do mac OS) are free. 5.0.1 to 5.0.2 was a service update and free of charge, as will be the update to 5.1 etc. Verison upgrades for existing users...

Next Capture naming is one extraneous element saved in the templates feature so you could just save the session/catalog as a template from the File menu and make all future documents from the templ...

Rename the app in finder - Capture One 9 -> Capture One 9.3 (for example)Launch and activate once. This should now stick. Basically your license has become somehow corrupt based the old app install...

You can now do this in 11.1 using pre-saved templates.
