I don't have those metrics because I also don't work for Capture One. We moderators are volunteer app users.

And how long is the cable? Do you have. A card in the camera? Is your camera supported for tethering?

You can create an AppleScript to do multiple steps and access it from the Scripts menu. You can run a script against any number of selected variants.

I think all account, activation, and payment inquiries should require a support request. The FAQ KB articles on these subjects should be reviewed and updated regularly based on the support inquiries.
