I've created a support case too. It seems crazy that I can import the Collections from an Adobe product, but I can't move them between two Phase One products!

Use hierarchical keywords instead. If you ever leave Media Pro then the work will come with you whereas the Place Finder is exclusive to Media Pro - same with People finder.

As Robert says Pack as EIP keeps it altogether as one file, alternatively File>Export Images>Originals and tick Include Adjustments will also do it but creates C1 preference files alongside it.FYI ...
