I opened a support case with them and their answer is, unless they get a lens, they cannot make a profile.On why Phase one does not have this popular lens is beyond my knowledge.

No, phase one can only read the XMP sidecar files that can be exported by MediaPro.At least thats how I understand how it works.

I had the same problems sometimes when I had Media Pro running. Once I closed it and restarted C1 it worked fine again.

Try to turn off the OpenCL support. I have seen other reports that have the same reason for this problem. I haven't seen them myself (iMac 2011, OS X 10.8 with 5D MkII and Fuji X100)

I had this problem twice in the last week. And only C1 was running. It seems it appeared since 6.2 or so. No idea why. Anyone already sent in a ticket for support request?
