Messes up previously entered hierarchical keywords on import. Editing capture date messes up the EXIF data. Same arrogant attitude when answering a support ticket. Total waste of time and money.

Me too. Its just happened to me after switching catalogs. In my case, it takes about 9 hours to complete.

Thank you to all, but I've just discovered that they are now editable after closing and reopening C1P. Its late here in Spain, so I'll experiment further tomorrow.

The fix for this is simple: 1) go back to LR, 2) try Media Pro and go back to LR, 3) try PhotoSupreme and then go back to LR, etc, etc. Unfortunately, most photographers aren't interested in man...
