Thank you to Pah and Jimmy D Uptain for the input. I will investigate Sessions more thoroughly. I've been using catalogues for years so old habits die hard I suppose.

Okay I've answered my own question - I have to create a custom set of Keyboard Shortcuts first. It now works.
