I did and it worked, but had to search the Internet to remember how to do it.(I could only remember the "click cancel and try again method".)But still a hugely annoying bug.

"Open catalog as read only" bug still there from EM2. Sigh. (Using Mac version)Even rebooting the computer has made no difference.This needs to be fixed urgently, please.
