same problem on my 15\" powerbook G4 os 10.3.7. I don't have 3.5 and 2.9 crashes after alittle while.

I just got a new 1 ghz dual drive G5, The files from the h10 (11mp) develop in 20 seconds, so my problem was a slow ( antiquated) processor.

I finally figured out the the program was reading a second hard drive that was attached by firewire. I had a backup of C1 2.9 on that drive. I unhooked the drive and C1 DB 3.6.1 works fine. Thanks ...

I could not get 3.6.1 to open preferences (therefore work) on my Powerbook G4 OS 10.3.7.
