    I have the same issue. It seems as though the image cache is broken or something. when you did a "complete" uninstall, did that require anything other than hitting uninstalolin program manager?

    I cannot remember how to un-dock the viewer. I had it over on the right hand monitor, but can't move it over there now. Can someone please remind me how I did this before.
