I have been emailing with Yulia for 2 weeks now. They informed me that my license code has been deactivated and now my 10 seats are combined with another department's seats. I need my 10 seats on it's own code as my purchases hit a different cost center. I explained this to Yulia but haven't heard back from them in over a week. Please help as I need to upload a seat on a new computer but cannot do that until the seats are on a different key code.
