Problems with Capture one 21

I have some problems. After I have downloadet Captureone 21, 

Everytime I have closed my computer and start it again. I get this message. When I open capture one . I have to write my license key evertytime, I have ever had this problem.

I even can't update my license. When I write my new license number. It tell me. That I can't use it.

 

But if I install the program again, and write my license number. I have open and use the program Until I close the computer and will open capture one again. It comes with the same problem. My subscription has been deactivated

  I have tried it. But when I close my computer and open it again. The first picture comes again. Somehow I have to get my account activated again. I have a old I Mac, and the license I have. Only work on the latest version. When I try to update.
