Smart Folders Filtering for time of day

I have a bunch of night shoots from travel, where the shoot continues until the early hours of the next morning. How do I create a Smart Album that includes time of day cutoffs in the date search criteria, so I can put all images from 09:00 until 03:00 the following day in the one smart album?
