Two way sync not working?
Hello,
For some reason the sync isn't working from my clients selects via Capture One Live, back to my session.
How can I refresh it so that I can see the shots that they've selected within Capture?

I'm having the same problem, my client selects the images and they don't come through to me and then the browser removes all their selections

Kinda defeats the purpose of paying for this add on right? Plus you look like a bit of an idiot in front of your clients.
Let alone the fact that they need to go back and redo their selects, which can often take hours.
Any word from C1?

I've messaged them but nothing so far! my client is annoyed but understands its not my fault but they have to spend even more time going through the images for the 4th time to make selections and send them over to me again.

If you have an issue with Capture One Live, I suggest writing directly to our support team so they can assist you personally in solving the problem.
The issue you are describing is not a general problem, but something specific to your cases, so this needs to be handled as such.
